First of all – I stand with all of the students walking out nationwide today to protest gun violence. They are our future and need to feel safe at school. Period. Going into various schools these last couple of weeks has been rough and things need to change. π― On a positive note, I already planned to post this fun candid from the weekend of me with some of the fabulous students of Contra Costa School of Performing Arts who were visiting from the Bay Area! π They were so incredible and inspiring. It was an honor to share space with them, hear about their amazing school, and about their career aspirations. I am in awe of each of them and know that their careers (and lives in general) are going to be the bomb π their energy and passion was infectious π₯° I am so glad that I was able to inspire them and impart some wisdom from my journey during our workshop at Arvada Center, and I hope to cross paths with each of them again! Their faculty is the bomb too!! πππΎπ― (I may just have to make a special visit to the Bay
